Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
• Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules and procedures.
• Train and motivate production staff to ensure that they work effectively and safely.
• Conduct performance evaluations with the Production Manager and provide feedback to production staff.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production Operations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure that materials are available for production.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times, maintaining GMP.
• Strive for Continuous Improvement by identifying ways of eliminating unnecessary cost and wastage.
• Work closely with the Production Manager at all times, taking responsibility in the Manager’s absence.
