We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Principal Level Chartered Building Surveyor to become part of our well‑established L&I Technical Due Diligence and Building Surveying team. The position primarily involves handling transaction‑based assignments within the UK, focusing on technical advisory services while allowing room for your unique skills and career aspirations. You will manage and commission assignments effectively and collaborate within a larger commission team to secure exceptional outcomes for our clients. Direct client interaction will be a key aspect of your role.
