Job summary

A plumbing services company in Preston is looking for a Plumber to perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing, experience in commercial plumbing, and a full UK driving license. Competitive salary of up to £35,000 with benefits including a company car and holiday.

What you'll be doing
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
  • Undertaking tank replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
  • Conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring.
  • Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
  • Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
What we are looking for
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
  • Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is also a bonus.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
