A private family in Croydon seeks an energetic individual to assist in caring for their non-verbal autistic son. The role involves providing companionship, support in daily activities, and ensuring his safety while engaging in outdoor adventures. Applicants should possess patience, good interpersonal skills, and a clean driving record. Flexible working hours are available, particularly during school holidays.
Up to 10 hours per week during term time and up to 12 hours per week during school holidays. Term time hours would be on Saturday or Sunday - flexible during school holidays.
Are you patient, energetic, and love staying active? I'm looking for someone just like you to help support my Autistic non-verbal 8-year-old son, ensuring his safety and happiness while out and about.
He's a joyful boy with a love for bouncing, swimming, animals, and outdoor adventures. Whether it's soft play, trampoline parks, or a day at the pool, he’s always ready for fun.
At times, he may use a walking harness or stroller to stay comfortable and safe. If you're someone who enjoys being on the move and working with kids, I'd love to hear from you!
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
