A leading law firm is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-quality, proactive administrative and diary support to senior stakeholders. This role is predominantly home-based, requiring effective organizational skills and discretion to manage diaries and correspondence. Candidates should have strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a focus on managing multiple priorities. The position entails building relationships across the business, assisting with meetings and communications, and requires professional discretion in handling sensitive information.

The Team
This role sits within our Infrastructure & Specialist Markets (I&SM) and Life & Business (L&B) Business Units.
You will work closely with senior leaders, including Managing Directors, Super Team Leaders and the Executive group, supporting the smooth and effective operation of the business.
As Executive Administrator, you will provide high-quality, proactive administrative and diary support to senior stakeholders across the I&SM and L&B business units. This is a varied and fast-paced role, requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders.
