Qualifications

  • Ability to run processes independently.
  • Track record of driving change and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support talent reviews and manage performance cases.
  • Assist in employee growth through goal-setting and feedback.
  • Partner on compensation and merit increases.
  • Roll out engagement programs and culture activities.
  • Manage employee relations cases including restructures.
  • Participate in project taskforces for new initiatives.
