A leading analytical solutions provider in Exeter seeks a People Associate passionate about enhancing employee experiences. This role involves overseeing onboarding, managing HR inquiries, and fostering a supportive culture. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, skilled in communication, and have experience in employer branding. Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Exeter (expectation to visit our Exeter office once a month)
Interview Process: Two rounds. 1) Get to know you chat with the People Recruitment Manager; 2) Technical competency with the Hiring Lead and a Team Member.
