Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Ashford
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including salaries, benefits, and tax with holdings, in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and summaries for management.
  • Support the finance team with payroll-related reconciliations and audits.
