Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the PALS & Complaints team.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and record it accordingly.
  • Assist in typing letters, creating complaint files, and maintaining diaries.
  • Progress chase complaints and document actions in the complaints file.
  • Arrange meetings and take notes/minutes as needed.
  • Input accurate data onto the Complaints & PALS database.
  • Be the first point of contact for calls to the office.
