A prominent dealership in Dorset is looking for a proactive Parts Manager to lead the busy Parts department. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to monitor sales and exceed key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts retail and be familiar with John Deere products. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including up to 33 days holiday and private health insurance.

Reporting to: Group Parts Manager/Branch Manager
Job type: Full time/Permanent
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday Weekends on a rota basis and additional seasonal hours required

Our business is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a result, we are looking for a proactive Parts Manager to join our busy Parts department at our Dorchester branch.
Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, you will have strong people management skills and be confident in overseeing a small team. Our customers are the key focus of our business and you will have the ability to ensure their needs are met to a high standard. You will be coordinating and distributing the workload for maximum parts sales, parts turnover and profitability while maintaining a commercial approach to stock quality. You will be used to working towards KPI’s and objectives and will work hard to exceed them.
