Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, supporting, or delivering SCADA systems.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Regional SCADA systems with high availability.
• Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
• Rapidly respond to system faults and failures.
• Support and maintain the RTU estate.
• Participate in the SCADA emergency support rota.
