Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 / year (full-time / permanent)

On Side Restoration is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee our Durham Region Location.

The Operations Manager is all about managing and leading people. Their people focus is all encompassing and will result in the ultimate success of the local operations, territory, company, and position. Overseeing all operations personnel, the Operations Manager must have superior knowledge of operations management and the ability to build superior relationships with key stake holders. Responsible for building teams the Operations Manager ensures the ops team is up to date on all health and safety standards, able to meet key KPI’s and work as a unified team.

What you Bring to the Team
  • 3+ years of Leadership experience
  • Previous operations management experience
  • Construction or Restoration experience
  • A proactive, results driven, highly skilled business professional with proven record for meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
  • A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
  • Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically at a high-level
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines in a fast paced environment
  • Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Working knowledge of building codes
  • Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Of Note:
  • Our team culture is built on daily in-person collaboration at our Durham Region branch. This role requires working in branch five days a week.
  • The restoration industry requires flexibility to respond to emergencies. While this role is not a scheduled on-call position, be aware that unforeseen disasters may necessitate after-hours work.
