We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our newly built automated fulfilment centre and drive the successful execution of our Wholesale Strategy. While the role is currently based in Wingfield, our new automated Fulfilment Centre will be opened in Edinburgh, SA by the end of the year.
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll support the project transition from our old site to the new automated Fulfilment Centre bringing it up to full capacity. Once in BAU you will oversee Inbound, Order Fulfilment, Replenishment and Despatch operations, ensuring safety, service excellence, financial performance, and team capability across a large, diverse workforce operating six days a week.
You’ll champion continuous improvement, optimise operational performance, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes for our pharmacy partners, Priceline network, and broader Wesfarmers Health business.
