Qualifications

• Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and participate in a call out rota.
• Sound understanding of meeting Health & Safety obligations.
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a close liaison and working relationship with the Engineering Team.
• Completion of SFG20/HTM PPMs, reactive and proactive tasks.
• Ensure any accidents and near misses are reported.

Skills

Strong Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience

Knowledge of building fabric

Good communication and organization skills

Basic plumbing skills

Education

C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation

C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3

18th edition certificate
