Qualifications

• Experienced Carer with a commitment to working towards Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Skilled in writing and updating Care Plans and competent in medication administration.
• Passionate about providing care to residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, care, and social needs of residents.
• Prepare and review personal care plans, including medication.
• Support, coach, and develop other team members.
