At Vertu Ford Brimingham, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! This role is specifically for a New Car Sales Managerand has been created due to the exceptionally strong performance of our new car department and current challenges within used cars.

We are offering a competitive basic salarywith an OTE of up to £55,000, plus company car and company benefits.

Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.

You will guide and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.

This role is based at our original Bristol Street Ford site, which is a highly successful, stable and profitable dealership with a well-established and experienced sales team. The new car department is already performing extremely well, giving the successful candidate the chance to build on an already strong foundation. Ford experience is ideal, however, candidates must have prior New Car Sales Management experience.

We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.

You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.

Working Pattern: The dealership is closed on Sundays, and Saturdays are worked on a rota basis,with a weekday off onweeks where Saturdays are worked.
