Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical building services.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• IOSH Passport or CSCS Card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
• Maintain plant, equipment, and building services to required standards.
• Manage and work alongside subcontractors for statutory testing and maintenance.
