Miller’s Services, Inc. is looking for a customer oriented Membership Concierge. The ideal person is passionate about our services and believes in a commitment to continuously improve our customer service. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all of our member customers, ensuring that they each have an exceptional experience by exceeding their expectations. In order to uphold our promises to our customers, this position will possess the utmost skills in customer service, will understand how to build relationships, and ultimately achieve customer retention. The end goal is to help support our customers, make their lives easier, and through WOW Service create a lifelong relationship so that Miller’s is the first number they call when an issue arises.
