Your new company Hays is representing an established Mechanical Building Services and Maintenance company providing service in a variety of different sectors. They have an immediate requirement and are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance and Small Works Manager.

You will be working as Mechanical Maintenance and Small Works Manager, developing new client relationships and pre-existing commercial clients for service/small works needs. In this role you will look after a range of projects such as supporting management agents, blocks of apartments and factories. Typically, service agreements tend to be circa £5,000k to £10,000k. In your team you currently oversee an administrator and two services engineers.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Maintenance and Small Works Manager with experience in gas and oil, which would be beneficial, but not a necessity. You will also need experience of commercial facilities and developing rapport face to face.
