Mechanical Project Manager

London, (Offices based in Essex)

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Working for a specialist Mechanical & Electrical Project Management company as Project Manager delivering a range of mechanical projects within commercial environments in London.

Overview

• As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through execution and handover, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal delivery teams.
• In this role you will be office based 2-3 days per week with the rest of the time working from home/ site.
• You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London.
• The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 610 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the primary client contact, driving excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Conduct risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and ensure all work complies with health & safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, subcontractors, and specialist services.

Requirements

• Applicants MUST have experience as Project Manager working in a similar FM/ Building Services Maintenance environment.
• Applicants MUST show experience delivering work within live environments.
• It is desired that applicants are mechanically qualified (HVAC), however this is not essential.
• MUST have experience managing mechanical sub‑contractors.
