The role

We’re on the lookout for a content-focussedMarketing Executiveready to step up and make an impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for a content-driven marketer with a sharp eye for detail, a love for storytelling, and the ambition to grow within a thriving agency environment. You’ll be working at the heart of our marketing team, shaping campaigns that captivate audiences and bring brands to life.

You’ll take ownership of creating high-quality written and visual content across digital channels – from social media and email to short-form video and client comms. You’ll have the confidence to manage multiple accounts, understand client goals, and translate them into work that delivers results.

This role calls for someone who thrives on creativity but knows how to get things done. You’ll be hands-on, adaptable, and unafraid to take initiative – whether it’s refining campaign messaging, repurposing video content, or crafting copy that stops the scroll.

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 solid years of marketing experience - ideally agency-side - who’s ready to push boundaries, grow their skillset, and play a real part in our story.

What’s in it for you…
Hybrid & flexitime working

Our working week is 35.5 hours, and the core hours are 10:00 – 16:00, so you can start and finish whenever you want, provided you’re working during those hours. Friday’s also have the bonus of being able to finish at 15:30.At least one day a week can be spent working in the comfort of your own home.

Time off

The role comes with 28 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), plus for every year of your services your holiday allowance increases by a day. You also get an additional day off on your birthday to celebrate (or mourn) being a year older.

Our canal-side studio smack bang in the middle of Burnley has areas for both collaborative work or some quiet time, and a beer fridge and dart board. There is also on-site car parking available.
