Responsibilities

  • Assist in ordering and expediting raw materials and components.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Track stock levels and update inventory systems.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Review raw material availability for planned orders.
  • Support the Planner in managing new manufacturing jobs.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams.
  • Update ERP systems with accurate supply chain data.
  • Generate reports on inventory, lead times, and supplier performance.
