Shift: 4 on, 4 off – Days & Nights

Salary: Up to £53,000 per year

What the Role Involves
  • Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on a range of production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems quickly to minimise downtime.
  • Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves, ovens, mixers, pressure systems, and refrigeration.
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to avoid breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, ideally in food production or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems and continuous improvement/PPM practices.
  • Qualifications such as BTEC/ONC in Electrical Engineering or a time‑served apprenticeship/HNC in electrical, mechanical, or production maintenance.
