  • Strong understanding of training design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Ability to travel to all our nationwide sites.

  • Lead Apprenticeships: Manage apprenticeship programmes and levy funds to upskill colleagues.
  • Manage Our Learning Platform: Keep learning accessible, engaging, and track progress.
  • Support Inclusion & Community: Coordinate our Women’s Network and partnerships that help young people thrive imprescindibles
