A leading UK hospitality company is seeking an L&D Content Designer to create innovative learning experiences. You will develop and design technology-led training solutions, author content, and conduct reviews to ensure quality. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, experienced in hospitality, and proficient in online learning tools. This fixed-term role offers hybrid working based in Edinburgh or London, and an attractive benefits package including 30 days holiday and a competitive salary.
Are you ready to unleash your creativity? We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an L&D Content Designer! You’ll be the creative genius behind crafting cutting-edge learning experiences. From forming digital content that ensures our training aligns perfectly with our company values, to working in partnership with the wider L&D team to support with the design and development of innovative and connected learning interventions.
You’ll report directly to the Head of L&D, and forms part of our wider People & Culture team. This role is fixed term from February for 9 months. It can be based in our Head Office in Edinburgh or London, with hybrid working and UK travel to support onsite initiatives.
