We’re looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to join our Organisational Development team based in our London corporate offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high impact team within HCA UK focused on developing exceptional colleagues who provide exceptional patient care and service and deliver business results. To achieve this, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to help enable meaningful change, build capability, foster a high-performance culture, and support the delivery of Organisational goals.
As a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor, you will take ownership of your portfolio, supporting the design, facilitation, coordination and evaluation of learning and organisational development solutions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Leadership Development, the Chief of Development (OD), and wider stakeholders to ensure our development support is strategic, impactful and aligned to organisational needs.
You will be high energy, proactive and professional ideally looking to take your first step in your career within Learning and Organisational Development. You will be sponsored to complete a level 3 CIPD apprenticeship (if you do not have this or equivalent already).
