About the role

  • Managing the night shift team and ensuring excellent customer and colleague service on the store floor.
  • Leading from the front, driving sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Spotting and developing talent within your team, providing feedback and support.
  • Building strong relationships across the store and the wider community.

You will need:

  • Ability to talk to colleagues, sharing new ideas and best practice.
  • Warm, welcoming attitude, taking time to recognise and listen.
