Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical pharmacy environment.
• Experience with clinical audits or quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical pharmacy input within urgent and emergency care departments.
• Collaborate with MDTs to support patient care.
• Manage and supervise junior pharmacy colleagues.

Skills

Clinical pharmacy experience in hospital setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritise own workload

Specialist knowledge of pharmacy systems

Evidence of innovative practice

Education

Registered as a pharmacist with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience
