Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Laser Sales Engineer. The Laser Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing technical expertise to clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include assessing client needs, offering tailored solutions, performing product demonstrations, and assisting with technical inquiries. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous support to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with an ability to provide expert advice and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong competencies in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Effective Communication abilities to engage with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally
• Experience with metalworking technologies and laser machinery is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.

Remuneration

We are offering a generous basic salary package including company car allowance, phone, laptop etc with a performance related commission structure.
