CAFÉ CHEF / KITCHEN LEADER – REDUCTION ROASTERS (Hampstead)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead breakfast service (Fri–Sun) with confidence, organisation and pace.
  • Prepare, cook and plate dishes to spec with precision.
  • Batch‑prep sandwich fillings, soups and counter dishes during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef managing kitchen and ensuring dishes meet quality standards.
  • Participate in new menu development, tastings and costings.
  • Maintain inventory, oversee preparation and cooking during service hours.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff in cooking techniques and safety.
  • Act as senior culinary point of contact for clients and brand building.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 2–4 years’ experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
  • Hospitality qualification advantageous.
