Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in a similar role within a high quality restaurant kitchen.
  • Excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens and food safety standards.
  • Good understanding of ordering, wastage, and stock management processes.
  • Ability to run all sections of the kitchen when needed.
  • Strong team ethic and ability to lead junior chefs.

The Junior Sous Chef Role
  • 2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen
  • Excellent knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Good understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas
  • Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
  • Love for the hospitality industry, Spanish food and culture
  • Ability to run all sections of the kitchen including the pass when needed
  • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
  • Positively train and lead a team of junior chefs
  • Good level of English language
  • A passion for your own development is a must
