Job title: Junior Product Manager

Reports to: Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Junior Product Manager to support the delivery and optimisation of digital experiences at Space NK. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance our omni‑channel platforms including e‑commerce, mobile, and in‑store technologies ensuring they align with both business goals and customer needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology, user experience, and data‑driven decision‑making who is seeking a career in product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining and prioritising product features, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, business metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Support day‑to‑day product operations including Jira issue creation, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and QA coordination.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product requirements and help remove blockers.
  • Assist in managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Commercial, CRM and Category teams.
  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and customer feedback sessions to validate ideas and iterate on solutions.
  • Prepare detailed feature documentation and report on release progress and testing outcomes.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • A confident self‑starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
  • Comfortable working across technical domains, with the ability to understand data and how systems connect and interact.
  • Positive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred (not essential) Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a product‑related role or within the beauty, retail, or e‑commerce/app industries (internships welcome).
  • Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
