A finance solutions provider is seeking a Monitoring Analyst in Newport to support compliance and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance or risk within financial services and knowledge of FCA regulations. As a Monitoring Analyst you will support the Compliance Department in ensuring that Propel Finance meets its regulatory, legal, and governance obligations. This role is focused on delivering day‑to‑day monitoring and quality assurance activity, helping to identify risks, ensure controls are effective, and drive improvements across the business.

This role is based out of Propels’ Newport office; it is hybrid requiring 2 days a week in the office (Monday and Thursday).
