About the role

The position of Junior Implementation Consultant requires candidates with a strong combination of people skills and technical know-how. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for applicants who are entrepreneurial, organised, focused, creative problem solvers, able to work independently, and who embrace a home-based working lifestyle. You will be joining an elite group of practitioners at BigHand who share these qualities.

What you’ll do
  • Work directly with law firm clients to implement and support Iridium products and solutions.

  • Manage client product implementations from start to finish.

  • Participate and lead requirements‑gathering sessions.

  • Deliver engaging client training sessions.

  • Design, develop, and test client‑specific customisations and enhancements.

  • Provide post‑implementation support and mentor other team members.

  • Occasionally travel to client sites.

What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be the face of BigHand to our clients.

  • Technical aptitude with experience in SQL (T‑SQL preferred); knowledge of HTML, C#, or similar technologies is a bonus.

  • Previous experience in a client‑facing technical role.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Legal IT experience is a plus but not essential.
