Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

The Role:

The Junior Graphic Designer will support our growing marketing function and contribute to design output across both divisions. This involves delivering high-quality, on-brand creative assets aligned with our Visual Identity Guidelines (VI), while managing multiple projects and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Product Management and Sales. Marketing deliverables will span both B2B and B2C environments and may include flyers, brochures, POS, packaging, Amazon gallery/A+ images, website assets, email graphics, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Creation: Design and produce graphics for social media, web banners, email campaigns, presentations, packaging, and sales/marketing collateral.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines, including colours, typography, and layout principles.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Implement revisions promptly and accurately based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
  • Digital Production: Prepare production-ready files for a variety of digital and print formats.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and organise digital asset libraries to ensure efficient workflow and version control.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriters, and visual content teams (photography and video) to support campaign objectives.

Key skills:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to create assets for both digital channels and print formats.
  • Confident understanding of visual hierarchy, grids, balance, and alignment for layout and composition.
  • Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently.
  • File Management: Strong organisational skills, including file structuring and versioning.
  • Collaboration: Effective team player with a positive and proactive approach.
