As a Junior Application Support Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow within a global technology environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience with live event monitoring, incident management, and OTT platform operations while working alongside experienced colleagues. What You\'ll Be Doing:
  • Monitor DAZN’s live platforms, performing event and health checks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Log and escalate incidents clearly using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Assist with Level 1 triage of customer-impacting issues.
  • Support live event readiness processes, working with senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
  • Learn OTT platform basics, streaming architecture, and metadata workflows.
  • Contribute to the improvement of runbooks, checklists, and operational documentation.
  • Work on a shift rotation, including nights and weekends, aligned to the sports calendar.
What You\'ll Bring:
