Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to lead their support team. In this role, you will manage the IT Service Desk, supervise daily operations, and ensure efficient technical support for office and field teams. With at least 3 years in a similar position, you will bring strong expertise in Microsoft 365, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. This role includes overseeing infrastructure support and working directly with senior management for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT team leadership or supervisor role.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Operational understanding of network protocols and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the in-house IT team.
  • Manage daily ticket flow and escalations at the service desk.
  • Provide hands-on support for network infrastructure.
