# IT PMO Business Systems Project Manager## The role can be based from either our Bath or London office with a hybrid working model. **About the Role**This is a newly created position designed to support the IT PMO Manager and strengthen our global IT governance. You’ll lead significant Business Systems projects—such as new software implementations and major upgrades—while ensuring smooth delivery across the entire lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring project coordinators, advising stakeholders, and deputising for the IT PMO Manager when needed.**What You’ll Do*** Define and manage delivery of major Business Systems projects globally.* Oversee governance and ensure adherence to PMO processes.* Provide project management advice and support to IT leaders and business stakeholders.* Mentor IT Project Coordinators and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO operations.* Manage external suppliers and deputise for the IT PMO Manager.**What We’re Looking For*** Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent projects successfully.* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to influence at all levels and communicate complex technical information clearly.* Leadership and mentoring experience.* PMO management experience or confidence to step into that role.* Qualifications in project management are desirable, but hands-on experience is key.You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
