Qualifications

• Significant experience in building safety, compliance, or risk management within social housing or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of the Building Safety Act, fire safety, and health & safety legislation.
• Confident communicator able to influence and operate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining building safety cases and golden thread information.
• Overseeing fire, structural, and other building safety risks and action plans.
• Providing expert advice to senior leaders on building safety compliance and risk.
• Supporting audits, reviews, and regulatory engagement.
• Promoting a strong, proactive building safety culture across the organisation.
