Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Design, develop, andmaintain integration solutions across enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and automation platforms.

Build scalable and secure APIs, microservices, and data integrations.

Develop integration components such as transformations, orchestration logic, workflows, and connectors.

Systems & Data

Analyse data flows, schemas, and business processes to design efficient integration patterns.

Perform data mapping, data transformation, and quality validation.

Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

Maintenance & Support

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise existing integrations.

Identifyand resolve integration bottlenecks, failures, and defects.

Provide ongoing operational support and documentation.

Work with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Participate in solution design workshops and architecture reviews.

Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and integration best practices.

Coordinate projects between customers, business development managers and the internal technology team.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience developing integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware platforms.

Strongproficiencyin one or more integration tools or stacks (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Logic Apps, etc.).

Experience with Azure Dev Ops, change control and testing.
