In this role, you will be part of the People & HR Service Delivery function.
The People & HR Service Delivery function operationalises and enables HR processes to ensure a consistent, high‑quality colleague experience. It serves as the primary gateway for all HR needs for colleagues and people managers, focusing on efficiency and experience by seamlessly delivering end‑to‑end employment lifecycle processes. Through this, we provide vital HR services that enable outstanding colleague experiences across the organisation.
As a Work & Reward Services Manager (Immigration & Global Mobility), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving initiatives and processes within the Immigration & Global Mobility area of the Work & Reward Services team. This role is essential in enabling the organisation’s workforce to thrive in an interconnected world. By managing immigration and global mobility activities effectively, you will ensure compliance, support smooth cross‑border transitions, and provide meaningful guidance to colleagues. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning Immigration & Global Mobility initiatives with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
