We are currently hiring an IFS Product Owner to join the Information Systems (IS) team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the IFS product roadmap, ensuring its alignment with organizational objectives, timely and high‑quality delivery and adherence to GMP compliance standards where needed, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Your responsibilities in this role would be:
  • Being the internal & external expert within OXB for the UK’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Partnering with business process owners to understand business requirements
  • Owning the solution strategy for the ERP system
  • Understanding, maintaining and developing simple configuration for the ERP system
  • Leading the OXB IFS community regarding planned ERP system update activities
  • Collaborating between multiple departments to ensure ERP functionality and benefits are being realized by the business
  • Collaborating with Validation and Quality Assurance leads in the preparation and execution of system changes
  • Ensuring Quality Management and Validation requirements are met within delivery of Good Practice (GxP) projects
We are looking for:
  • A degree level education within Software development, Life Sciences or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with an ERP system in a regulated industry. GxP experience is essential
  • Experience of working on an upgrade from an IFS Apps version to IFS Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience managing complex needs of stakeholder groups, explaining what is possible and translating to system requirements
  • Readiness to play a key role within the IS Team and cross departmentally to ensure that IFS and other GxP systems are being effectively improved
  • Ability to prioritize and plan the implementation of work
