Qualifications

• Recognised entry‑level EFL/ESL teaching qualification (or relevant experience).
• Some knowledge of language assessment theory and practice.
• Some knowledge of the IELTS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of IELTS test content and maintain quality standards.
• Manage relationships with Assessment Specialists and external suppliers.
• Contribute to quality assurance and results determination activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external organizations.
• Represent IELTS and Cambridge interests to stakeholders.
