Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably in a care setting.
  • Understanding of Learning Management systems and HR administration.
  • Strong focus on teamwork and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Management of HRIS and inboxes for timely responses.
  • Resolving queries from Home management teams.
  • Managing the Onboarding and Recruitment process.
  • Issuing and renewing Sponsorship certificates.
  • Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Handling Learning and Development queries promptly.
