With around 20 employees and plans to grow significantly over the next year, we are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop our HR function.
This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the CEO, and would suit someone confident working autonomously while partnering closely with senior leadership. As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in shaping the people strategy as the organisation continues to grow.
You will be an experienced HR professional with a hands‑on approach and the confidence to work independently in a growing business.
