Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a hands‑on role where you can make a real impact? DHL Air (UK) Ltd is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to play a key role in delivering our people strategy, supporting our operational teams, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

In this highly collaborative position, you’ll partner with managers and stakeholders to provide expert guidance on Employee Relations, recruitment, and HR best practice. You’ll coach leaders in line with our values, streamline key processes, and ensure our people feel supported, engaged, and empowered.

You will also lead and develop members of our on‑site HR team, managing the HR Advisor and Recruitment Coordinator through regular coaching and 1‑to‑1s.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading and developing the site recruitment strategy and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Managing HR processes, administration, and Employee Relations cases with professionalism and care
  • Training and coaching managers to build capability and support people‑led decision making
  • Delivering monthly HR health checks with middle management to support departmental people needs
  • Streamlining and improving HR processes as part of the wider people plan
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient, high‑quality HR services
  • Analysing current delivery methods to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Reviewing HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and relevance
  • Overseeing accurate and timely weekly and monthly HR reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Leading the HR Advisor and Recruitment Coordinator, providing guidance, development, and project support
