A leading drainage solutions provider in Mildenhall is seeking an HR Advisor to manage employee relations and provide HR support. You will assist with recruitment, manage employee absences, and ensure effective policy implementation. Ideal candidates will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification and have experience in a busy HR environment. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
As an HR Advisor, you would be responsible for providing day to day operational and advisory HR support.
