About The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our enthusiastic team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Location: Near St Neots
Own transport required

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean designated areas to agreed standards and schedules

  • Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively

  • Follow daily task lists and instructions from senior staff

  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to health and safety regulations

  • Report any incidents, faults, or hazards promptly to the Head of Housekeeping or senior manager

  • Respect resident dignity and privacy at all times

  • Lock and secure areas when required

  • Participate in audits and inspections as directed

  • Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate uniform and footwear

  • Complete all mandatory training and attend ongoing development sessions
