Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Support Worker to assist older individuals in maintaining independence within their own homes. You will provide essential care, emotional support, and practical assistance to ensure their well-being and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and mobility support.
  • Help with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance.
  • Support individuals in managing medications and attending medical appointments.
  • Encourage social engagement and community participation.
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified home environment for each person
Requirements:
  • Experience in homecare or elderly support (preferred but not essential).
  • Qualifications in Health & Social Care or related fields.
