Are you an experienced housing professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for two Home Ownership Specialists to join our friendly and dedicated team in Norwich.

As part of our Home Ownership Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering a compliant, customer-focused service to our homeowners and leaseholders. You'll be responsible for managing a variety of home ownership processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for Clarion customers.

Customer service is key in this role, and we'd love to hear from you if you have a strong track record in delivering high-quality service and first-rate communication skills. You need to be able to adapt well and be confident in dealing with difficult situations. You'll work closely with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver results that truly make a difference.

We're especially keen to hear from individuals with a strategic mindset and a strong awareness of the broader issues impacting the home ownership sector. In terms of experience, a housing or property management background is essential, along with GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent and proficiency in MS Office packages.

For the fixed-term role, candidates should have experience in leasehold management, including Section 20 consultation and relevant legislation, while the permanent role requires strong expertise in leasehold management and legislation.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 4 days a week during the training period, then 2 days a week after.
